The Adroit CO2 Transmitter is a device that monitors the CO2 levels of rooms such as living rooms and bedrooms The Adroit CO2 Transmitter enables the level of ventilation to be adjusted based on the CO2 levels relative to occupancy so that it remains within healthy levels. It also helps to reduce the energy consumption by boosting the unit only when necessary. When the CO2 level decreases below the set threshold, the everyday running rate is restored.
The carbon dioxide sensor ensures that the indoor air remains fresh even when the occupancy levels are high. Placing the carbon dioxide sensor in a bedroom may also improve the quality of the residents’ sleep as the ventilation will ensure fresh indoor air during the night. The optimum carbon dioxide level indoors is below 800 ppm.
Too high levels of CO2 can be harmful to your health.
CO2 levels above the optimum ppm level may cause the following symptoms:
Fatigue and lower concentration
Headache
Allergies
Compromised immune system
Maintaining healthy CO2 levels improves your concentration and productivity levels, lower fatigue and decrease the risk of long term health issues.
