The CO₂ monitor allows you accurately monitor the indoor air quality of your home. Using a large, easy-to-read LED display, the CO₂ Monitor displays the current air quality within your property, which in turn enables you to make adjustments to your indoor ventilation. Accurate to ±75ppm, the CO₂ Monitor not only provides you with highly accurate CO₂ readings but also shows you the ambient temperature and humidity levels of the property.

According to Approved Document Part F, Volume 2 - Buildings other than dwellings, Appendix C, CO₂ monitoring, the most appropriate CO₂ devices for use in the workplace are the ones who work with a non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) sensor. To precisely measure the content of carbon dioxide in the air, our range or CO2 monitors use a non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) sensor. Furthermore, there are two types of NDIR sensors: SingleBeam (single channel sensor) and DualBeam (two-channel sensor). A single-beam sensor has the disadvantage that the CO2 measurement becomes inaccurate over time. Therefore, units with this sensor would have to be restarted or recalibrated under fresh air conditions now and then. If this is not done, the measurement will shift further and further with permanent use. On a DualBeam sensor, a second control and calibration measurement always take place in addition to the standard measurement. The sensor adjusts itself independently and automatically. Devices with DualBeam sensors therefore usually provide a more reliable measurement, our range of CO2 meters all work with a DualBeam NDIR sensor.
